I use this as my only bedroom light in the evenings. The warm amber glow signals to my brain it's time to wind down. Combined with the touch control it's the perfect sleep lamp.
Really lovely lamp. The touch control to cycle between dim and bright is a nice feature. The lamp does get warm after a few hours which I was told is normal for salt lamps.
I've had salt lamps before but this one with the touch dimmer is on another level. I can set it to the exact warmth I want and the crystal is genuinely gorgeous. My bedroom feels like a spa.
My sister is really into wellness and she absolutely adores this. The crystal is beautiful the glow is perfect and the touch control makes it easy to use. She keeps it on her nightstand.
I was skeptical about the wellness claims but I genuinely sleep better since putting this in my room. Whether it's the ambiance or not I don't care - I love it.
