Celesta Mills Product came in pieces. Wires and bulb circuits hanging in to pieces. Worst delivery i got. Glass dome came without a cardboard or anything.no bottom lid for closing the circuit and wires.what kinda finishing us this. Wires hanging around and circuits outside.tried to get a refund.they saying only half is given.
